Information on this website
We aim to keep part and vehicle listings accurate and up to date, but stock changes quickly. Listings, prices, photographs, availability and compatibility information are provided for guidance only and may change without notice. Items are not reserved by viewing them or sending an enquiry.
Vehicle compatibility shown for a part is based on the vehicle it was taken from. Vehicles of the same make, model and year can use different parts, so please check the part number or ask us to confirm fitment before buying.
Enquiries and quotes
- Submitting a form on this website sends an enquiry to our team. It does not create a contract, booking or reservation.
- A scrap car enquiry is a request for a quote. Any price, collection or arrangement is only agreed once we have contacted you and you have confirmed it with us. Prices may depend on the vehicle being as described.
- A contract to buy a part or to dispose of a vehicle is only formed when we confirm it with you directly.
Buying used parts
Parts sold by Autopharm are used parts unless stated otherwise, and their condition is described in each listing. Specific terms for a purchase (including price, delivery or collection and any returns) will be confirmed with you at the time of sale. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Purchases made through our eBay UK store are also subject to eBay’s terms and the terms shown on the relevant listing.
Scrapping a vehicle
If you ask us to dispose of a vehicle you must be its registered keeper or be authorised by them, and the information you provide must be accurate. You will normally need to provide the vehicle’s V5C registration certificate and photo ID. In line with the Scrap Metal Dealers Act 2013, we do not pay cash for scrap vehicles.
Using this website
- You must not misuse the website, including by submitting false enquiries, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or introducing malicious code.
- The content of this website, including the Autopharm name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use, but may not copy or reuse content commercially without permission.
- We may link to third-party websites such as eBay. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
- We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors.
